Maz McCalman - Chief Executive Officer

Maz McCalman holds a deep concern for communities and for those who make up communities. Maz is the Chief Executive of Intereach and over the last four years has developed the organisation to become a leader in its field. Over the last 20 years, Maz has held a number of executive roles across both state government and in the not for profit sector in the human services field. She has also been a lecturer for TAFE NSW. Maz has university qualifications in the arts and law (alternative dispute resolution). She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a director of the Deniliquin Business Chamber.

Kathy Hall - General Manager Organisational Services and Business Development

Joining the organisation in 2008, Kathy brings to the organisation over 20 years of commercial experience in finance and business development. Kathy is responsible for organisational services, which delivers financial, IT and Human Resource services for Intereach. Kathy is president of the local business chamber, a licensed real estate agent and business broker.

Danielle Scoullar - General Manager Operational Services

Danielle has a professional background in health and welfare and worked with the Division of General Practitioners in Victoria and NSW before joining Intereach in 2003. In addition to qualifications in Community Services and Project Management, Danielle has post graduate qualifications in Management that positions her well to supervise and support the children and family and ageing and disability focused programs she is currently responsible for.

Justine Summers - General Manager Operational Services

Justine is a Social Worker with over 20 years experience in the community service sector in rural and regional NSW and Victoria and joined Intereach in 2008. Her post graduate management qualifications have enabled her to shift focus from a direct clinical role to a management role in both government and community based sectors. Justine was a Senior Social Worker at Centrelink for seven years before managing Disability Advocacy services.
