Lance Rickards - Chief Executive Officer

Lance has an extensive background working in disability services and as a senior manager, including the role of regional manager in Queanbeyan for Northcott Disability Service, where he ran regional programs and coordinated respite services. Lance began working in the not-for-profit sector in 2002 after 25 years with News Limited, where his experiences included project management, coordination and national training.

Danielle Scoullar - Executive Officer

Danielle has a professional background in health and welfare and worked with the Division of General Practitioners in Victoria and NSW before joining Intereach in 2003. In addition to qualifications in Community Services and Project Management, Danielle has post graduate qualifications in Management that positions her well to supervise and support the children and family and ageing and disability focused programs she is currently responsible for.

Kathy Hall - General Manager Organisational Services and Business Development

Joining the organisation in 2008, Kathy brings to the organisation over 20 years of commercial experience in finance and business development. Kathy is responsible for organisational services, which delivers financial, IT and Human Resource services for Intereach. Kathy is president of the local business chamber, a licensed real estate agent and business broker.
