The aims of The Country Store include:
- ensuring producers are not hindered by geographic isolation
- allowing for high volume sales and low cost expansion
- creating an optional avenue to sell and market products under the regional brand ‘the country store’
How can we benefit you?
The country store will provide a web based platform for you to sell your products. Your products can be promoted under your own brand or under the country store brand. The country store team are on hand to support your product development, professional skills and to assist you to compete in the growing market of on-line selling. Products are currently being sourced for the following categories:
- Pure Local – grown & manufactured locally, Riverina Murray
- Created Locally- manufactured locally, Riverina Murray
- City Meets Country- manufactured in the city with Riverina Murray ingredients
- Raw Bulk - Riverina Murray, whole or milled grain, meat products
- Seasonal Delights- Christmas, Easter, Mothers Day

Note: No current additional costs will need to be taken on by the producer/manufacturer as the expectation is that the consumer will absorb postage & packaging costs and an additional percentage for administration of the e-commerce site.
