In the workshop, participants will learn the principles behind RBA and how to apply it, both to community-wide conditions of well-being and to the quality improvement of projects, programs, agencies and services. Topics covered will include:
- Identifying and improving conditions of well-being for communities;
- Identifying and measuring how we want our customers to be better off;
- Improving the performance of our projects, programs and services; and
- How RBA can be applied in the workplace and as a community-wide initiative.
Workshop fees include a copy of Mark Friedman’s book ‘Trying Hard Is Not Good Enough’, morning tea, lunch and an RBA 101 guide. The workshops will be facilitated by Nina O’Brien-Hehir and Kate Butler.
