Broadband for Seniors

Are you over the age of 50 and looking to learn more about computers and the Internet in a friendly environment? If you are then Broadband for Seniors is for you. Broadband for Seniors provides free internet access and Information Technology support for groups and individuals aged 50 and over who don't currently have access to such resources.

Volunteer tutors can provide individual and workshop training to help you build your skills and confidence in using computers. You can learn how to create word documents, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, event and party invitations and how to conduct Internet research, use email, Facebook, Google, Driver Training and much more.

Who is eligible for Broadband for Seniors?

Members of the community aged 50 years and over.

Where is Broadband for Seniors available?

Broadband for Seniors is available in local Intereach offices in Albury, Buronga, Deniliquin, Finley and Wagga Wagga. Bookings are not essential but are highly recommended if volunteer training and support is required.

 

Broadband for Seniors is funded by the Australian Government, associated with NEC Australia Pty Ltd, Adult Learning Australia (ALA), University of the Third Age Online & Australian Seniors Computer Clubs Association (ASCCA).
