Join us for a series of workshops to help you build your knowledge and skills and meet others in similar situations.

Meaningful Communication

Wondering how to best communicate with your loved one? Worried about saying the wrong thing? This workshop aims to teach and reinforce skills for positive and effective communication with your loved one.

Not sure how to talk to your loved one about change in a supportive and constructive way? These workshops aim to build on your communication skills, help you understand the process of change and develop strategies for talking about it.

Challenging Conversations

Worried about how to have those difficult, but necessary, conversations? Would a bit of guidance help? These workshops will focus on the types of challenging conversations mental health carers can face. It will also look at how to handle conflict and aggression, conflict resolution and communication.
