Community service provider Intereach has approved and adopted its 2022-2025 Strategic Plan.

Intereach chair Rob Brown said this important document would be the foundation for the organisation over the next three years.

“I would like to thank Acting CEO Yvette Buhagiar and her team, as well as fellow Directors, for the commitment and input that has led to the finalisation of our Strategic Plan,” Mr Brown said.

He explained it was built on three Critical Components for Success – Sustainability, People and Quality.  Its three strategic goals are:

  1. Targeted and Sustainable Growth – We will strengthen our core offerings of Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, Children and Family Services to position the organisation for targeted and sustainable growth.
  2. Deliver Quality and Impact – We will deliver high-quality services that provide maximum impact to our communities.
  3. Be the Destination Employer – We will be renowned for our ability to attract, retain and develop the most talented and passionate people.

Ms Buhagiar said she looks forward to working with the Board of Directors, Leadership Team and all staff to implement the vision and values encompassed in the Strategic Plan.

“Developing the plan is only the first step. We recognise that the key to successfully delivering on our strategic plan is in ensuring that our goals and values are brought to life in our organisation through the work that our people do every day in our communities,” Ms Buhagiar said.
