Part of the Intereach Community Transport program, the Aboriginal Driver Project employs Aboriginal drivers to transport people to activities and appointments (including vital medical appointments).

How do I book a trip?

Phone Intereach Community Transport, or drop in for a chat. We assess your eligibility, and then develop an idea of your needs and arrange transport to suit you. After your first trip, just phone or drop into the Deniliquin or Griffith office during opening hours to book. Bookings in advance are required.

Is there a cost?

Cost will vary depending on the destination, distance you travel and eligibility criteria. You will receive a list of suggested contributions at your first meeting with staff, or upon request.

Where is it available?

Intereach Community Transport is available in the Edward River Council and Griffith City Council local government areas.
