Our Acknowledgment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land and their strong spiritual connection to the land and the waterways.

We pay our respects to their Elders both past and present and to those of the future, for they hold the memories, the traditions, the cultures and aspirations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

We must always remember that despite major physical changes, this land is, was, and always will be Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander land.

Aboriginal Health Program
The Aboriginal Health Program supports Aboriginal people to improve their health, including quitting smoking, and build stronger connected families.
Aboriginal Children, Families and Communities
Our Family Workers work alongside Aboriginal families to build the skills needed for a happier and more connected family. We use a child-centred approach to help parents/carers to enhance positive relationships with their children, increase family wellbeing and put the fun back into parenting.
Sparkles Playgroup
Sparkles is an informal gathering that gives you a chance to catch up with family and friends as well as learn more about the services that are available to help you, with a focus on children's health and wellbeing.
Aboriginal Driver Project
The Aboriginal Driver Project employs Aboriginal drivers to transport people to activities and appointments (including vital medical appointments).
