“When we get to know our participants, we are better able to meet their needs and, as their circumstances change and evolve, adjust their care plans to best meet their goals.
“We take the time to learn about the whole person – their story, culture, beliefs, relationships, communication style and what gives them comfort, dignity, and purpose.
“This ensures that Intereach’s commitment to person-led care reflects the individual, not just the task list,” she said.
