August for All

Intereach is celebrating disability, diversity and inclusion with a jam-packed calendar of events this August.

From Griffith to Seymour, Albury to Ouyen, Shepparton to Robinvale, and locations in between, Intereach is inviting communities to connect and learn together.

Intereach’s August for ALL brings together people who live with disability, their carers, and their communities. As the name suggests, August for ALL is for everyone!

Over a cuppa and a tasty treat, you can chat about local disability services, learn more about the support provided by your Local Area Coordinator, and access information to make the most of available supports.

Intereach Co-CEO Yvette Buhagiar said LACs from across the region were looking forward to catching up with participants, carers and supporters.

“August for ALL is a unique celebration of community and ability, focused on regional Australia,” Mrs Buhagiar said.

“In our role as the NDIS Partner in the Community, we support people with disability and their families to access the services they need every day.

“August for ALL is our way of celebrating what is possible when we come together.

“We are here for our communities, and August for ALL is just one more example of that commitment in action,” she said.

Intereach is proudly local, trusted in the community, and committed to ensuring people feel welcome, understood and supported.

The experience of every individual is different, but the thread is the same – local people, local knowledge, and support that recognises the whole person.
