Intereach is a leader in home-based aged care services across southern NSW, central, western, and north-eastern Victoria.

Our team is dedicated to providing the services and supports that enable older Australians in rural and regional areas to live the life they choose.

The experiences and perspectives of older Australians help to shape the planning and delivery of the supports we provide.

We welcome and encourage your input.

Recruitment is now underway for the Intereach Aged Care Consumer Advisory Body (known as the CAB).

The CAB is a voluntary group that meets twice a year. Topics discussed may include the range of services provided, how those services are delivered, opportunities for improvement, feedback mechanisms, communications with participants, and more.

Members of the CAB are supported by our friendly team to attend meetings online or in-person.

The CAB provides a structured mechanism to provide feedback on the aged care services provided by Intereach, and a formal pathway for channeling consumer feedback to the Intereach management and Board.

As a member of the CAB, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Connect with other consumers to understand their experiences and perspectives.
  • Review information, think, discuss, and share feedback about care and services.
  • Have your voice heard by giving feedback to those who can improve care and services.

In keeping with Intereach’s values and priorities, recruitment embraces diversity and inclusion, to ensure the CAB is reflective of the experiences, perspectives, and expectations of a wide range of aged care clients.

The opportunity is open to past and present participants, identified consumer advocates, and representatives from across the Intereach footprint.
