🥈 Those were the inspirational words of Echuca’s Col Pearse after his silver medal swim at the Paris Paralympics yesterday.
🏊♂️ Col fought hard to finish second in the 200m SM10 individual medley and we congratulate him for his dedication and perseverance.
🤲 Now chasing gold in 2028, Col is proving that everyone of all abilities can achieve their goals in an inclusive and accessible world.

🥐 What a morning! We gathered with incredible women from the Corowa community to raise awareness for women’s health over a delicious breakfast, all in support of Jean Hailes for Women's Health Week.
🧡 A big shout out to The Food Relationship Coach, Elle Capel Webb, a talented rural dietitian and nutritionist, for her inspiring talk on trusting our gut, embracing food freedom, and finding body positivity. Elle reminded us to view food as not just fuel, but also enjoyment and a way to connect.

👏 Congratulations to Echuca’s own Col Pearse for an incredible performance in the 100m Butterfly S10 final at the Paralympics early this morning!
🏊♂️ Col finished fourth, narrowly missing out on a bronze in a fierce race. It's a long way from the dam on his family's dairy farm that he jokingly refers to as the 'Pearse Aquatic Centre'.
At Intereach, we believe in building strong, connected communities where everyone of all abilities can thrive. Col, who was just two when his right foot was amputated, embodies the ingenuity of rural and regional Australians with disability who find a way to make their dreams happen despite the odds.
