👏 Join us in congratulating our very own Kirsty Thomas who was honoured as one of the top educators in the country at the Family Day Care Australia Excellence Awards in Sydney.
🎉 Presented with the NSW and ACT Educator of the Year award, Kirsty (pictured with Rebecca and Marie from Intereach Family Day Care) travelled from Deniliquin to join three other finalists vying for the Australian title.
🫶 While she didn’t take home the national award, Kirsty says she doesn't do her job for recognition - "it's the families and children who are the heart and soul of everything I do and the reason my service is so special”.
“This recognition honours the meaningful relationships I’ve built and the positive impact I strive to make daily. It inspires me to continue providing the highest quality care, knowing my commitment to connection and learning is truly making a difference,” Kirsty shared.
