For more than 50 years, Intereach has provided community services that support local people when they need it most. From childhood through to older age, we are providing the programs and services that support and empower local people.
As an organisation, we have grown up alongside the communities we serve. From a single office serving one community, to 17 offices covering 38 local government areas – the Intereach story is a local and regional success story.
Intereach CEO Yvette Buhagiar said local people are at the heart of everything Intereach does.
“Our team is driven by a shared commitment to the communities we serve. We take a huge amount of pride in delivering quality services to local people, often at a time when they are at their most vulnerable,” Mrs Buhagiar said.
“For older people, we deliver a range of services from in-home supports and personal care to home maintenance and modifications. In several locations, we also provide community transport and volunteer visitor services.
“We want older people to feel respected, supported and appreciated every day.
