Intereach is proud to be partnering with Rebus to make community activities more accessible for people with disabilities.🫶
Stages of Empathy is a free, theatre-based training program designed for community members, organisations, and groups who want to make their spaces more welcoming and accessible for autistic people, and people with intellectual or psychosocial disabilities.
🌟 It’s creative. It’s interactive. It’s transformative. And you’re invited to take part!
The Stages of Empathy program has already inspired participants in Cootamundra, Albury, Wagga Wagga, Mildura, Griffith and Deniliquin — and it’s now heading to:
📍 Shepparton – Wednesday 15 October
📍 Seymour – Thursday 16 October
📍 Echuca – Friday 17 October
📍 Bendigo – Monday 18 November

At Intereach, we aim to connect people with the information and services they need to thrive.
In September, we partnered with Legal Aid NSW for a free legal information and help event at the Gundyarri Narrandera Aboriginal corporation hub. And what an incredible turn-out it was!
More than 90 community members received vital support on legal, financial, and housing issues, with a strong focus on assisting our most vulnerable community members.
What we achieved together:
✅ 23 free NSW birth certificate applications
✅ 7 birth registrations completed
✅ 16 wills executed
✅ 11 legal consultations
✅ 13+ people helped with WDOs and fine relief
✅ 22 people helped with Medicare & Centrelink services
Working alongside service providers like Cooperative Legal Service Delivery (CLSD) Riverina, Macarthur Legal Centre, and Services Australia, we are building #StrongConnectedCommunities.💙
