Helping you live independently at home

At Intereach, we understand how important it is to stay connected to your home, your community, and your independence. That’s why we’re proud to support the Australian Government’s Support at Home program, designed to provide improved, flexible care tailored to your individual needs.
Whether it’s assistance with daily tasks, accessing transport, or modifying your home, the Support at Home program makes it easier to receive the care you need to live independently and safely in your own home for longer.

What is Support at Home?
Support at Home is a new program launching on 1 July 2025, replacing the Home Care Packages (HCP) and Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) programs. It simplifies aged care services, giving you a more flexible and tailored approach to accessing support.
Under Support at Home, you’ll benefit from:
- Quarterly Budgets: Flexible funding tailored to your needs.
- Assistive Technology and Home Modifications: Dedicated funding to help make your home safe and accessible.
- Restorative and Preventative Care: Services that focus on maintaining your independence.
- End-of-Life Pathways

Who Can Access Support at Home?
The Support at Home program is available for older Australians (65+ or 50 if Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander) who need assistance to remain independent at home.
Eligibility is determined through an assessment carried out by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) from My Aged Care
